This week we are kicking off the new school year with not one but three easy immune boosting smoothie recipes for easy morning breakfasts. 

 

Mango Ginger Zing

  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • 3/4 Cup Carrot Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Lentils (Cooled)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 TSP Honey
  • 1TSP Chopped Ginger

 

Cherrylicious Kefir Crush Smoothie

  • 1 Cup Plain Kefir 
  • 1 Cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1/2 Cup Baby Spinach 
  • 1 TSP Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Ripe Avacado
  • 1 TBS Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Inch Peeled Ginger

Peach Paradise Smoothie

  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Apricots
  • 3 Cups Frozen Peaches
  • 1 Cup Peeled & Chopped Carrots
  • 1/8 TSP Ground Cardamom

For each recipe blend ingredients together in a blender and enjoy! Smoothies can also be made into a smoothie bowl with added toppings of choice or another fun way to consume these smoothies is to add smoothie blend into a popsicle mold and serve frozen!
